Extreme disappointment. We had heard excellent things about this company, however, our experience was a nightmare. Jason Floyd first told us at the end of July that he would definitely be there to pour the first week of August. That was the beginning of the "I'll be there next Thursday", "Monday for sure" and so on for 6 weeks. When he finally showed up, he poured the stem wall with the promise to be back in 2 days to remove the forms and then pour the slab 3 days later after the excavator was done prepping. He never showed up. We were told that he was not coming back. We removed the forms ourselves and he came by and grabbed them without speaking to us. We had to pay another contractor to complete the job an additional 2k over the initial quote. Our project was stalled for 7+ weeks as a result. Do not hire this company.
