The TV and internet went out about 3-4 hours after he installed it!
I have pictures to prove exactly how things were left. Plus they were told when I signed up that there is a cable of theirs hanging down and wrapped around my fence in the back yard and was told they were going to take care of it but 9 weeks later it's still there!!!
