I had the scratched up windshield replaced in my 1997 Mustang GT here and all I can say is wow! They even gave me a ride back to my house when I dropped it off, then delivered my car to me when it was done. Best customer service in town.

I went to get a small rock chip repaired in my window from Economy Auto Glass around 8am 2/27/2020 - the chip was maybe about the size of a nickel. After the young kid got done filling the chip I went out to inspect the newly sealed chip. The chip did not look any better and I could still feel the chip on the outside of the glass. I then went back inside and let them know that the chip didn't seem to be any better, so they sent the kid back out to redo the seal job and he assured me that he watched the chip fill. I left quite unsatisfied but okay due to the "professionals assurance". Around 10pm on 2/27/2020 12 hours after the repair I hopped in my car to find that the chip had spidered out and now the whole windshield needs to be replaced. All said and done this $50 repair job is now costing me $900 for a windshield replacement for my 2020 Honda Civic, and to top it all off because of the damage my lane mitigation system no longer works. If only I could go back in time and pick a more capable business to do the repair correctly in the first place. No offers where made to make this situation right for me and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR.
