We purchased new siding, soffits, and gutters from Window World. While we are satisfied with the siding and soffits, we are very unsatisfied with the gutters. Large leaks were identified immediately after the installation. Our "new" gutters are far inferior to what we had before their upsell. Our complaints have gone mostly ignored for the last 16 months since the install. Window World contracted the gutter work out to a 3rd party company without our knowledge whose installer claims he was told by Window World to put up cheap narrow gutters and to not speak to the homeowners during the install. Regardless of whether that claim is true or false, Window World and the 3rd party contractor have skirted all responsibility and accountability for the much needed repairs. The company's claim to hold in regard quality products, quality workmanship, and quality customer service is rather suspect. Service: Cleaning

These guys were priced over $10-15,000 LOWER than other bids I had gotten for our apartment complex. We had nearly 40 windows to replace!!!
Needless to say I was a bit weary of going with them for our business but after meeting their salesman I decided to give them a shot.
THE CREW: A 2-3 man crew came on site. I was BLOWN AWAY by how professional they were! They were CLEAN, SAFE, FAST, and most of all super RESPECTFUL and CURIOUS to our tenants on-site. Working even through the rain I was just amazed how positive they remained even when coming accross small hurdles on the job site.
The lead forman Oleg (forgive spelling) even took the time to help a tenant who couldnt get to work due to getting a flat tire the night before! (It had nothing to do with the project)
I cant give Window World or the Crew they sent out here enough praise for the amazing work they accomplished while they were here installing windows!

Installation was fast and professional, clean job and looks good. Wait time from date of order was about 8 months so be prepared for that. Office response for request of receipt for payment was slow but we got it after stopping by the office. Mike is great, a true professional.
