When a receptionist demands a credit card before ever speaking to a doctor, it's a big red flag for me. He contradicted himself twice about charging me if they can't get me on the phone. (or "get me on the phone" for the consult? Who knows) There's nothing that says "money before clients or care" than demanding credit cards before the visit. I've never had ethical or successful care from companies that do this. Not okay. Don't recommend.

Josh is absolutely wonderful!! A treasure!! He is very gentle and nurturing with acupuncture. I got to receive 3 group sessions from him. What a great way to get more acupuncture more often. You just sit in a chair with a few others in the same room. It’s $35 for a 30 minute session. Looking forward to trying his hour sessions in the future. The office is also clean and has a good vibe to it. The receptionist is also very friendly and helpful. :)

They get booked up pretty quickly and are a bit slow at getting back to you. But over all I’ve been to many doctors and Dr. Rice is the best by far, she has helped me in so many ways. I’ve recommended her to many family and friends.
