I've been going to this place for fifteen years! I've tried the massages, (especially with Rachel) the facials (especially with Tatum), and I love it so much. I can't imagine going anywhere else for bodywork or face care.

I can't praise all the folks at Breathe enough. I have chronic pain and my quality of life is immensely improved by the tender loving care I receive at Breathe. The space is so beautiful and soothing, with lots of plants, calming music and the fragrance of essential oils. My husband is currently loving therapeutic massage with Kirsten and we both plan to try Thai massage with Kirsten soon. I get regular therapeutic massage therapy at Breathe. I've received massages from Alyna and Rachel and both have magic hands that ease my pain and inflammation. A couple of years ago, I had a torn rotator cuff and massage therapy at Breathe was an important part of my healing and recovery. I also get facials with Lydia. Lydia gives a fabulous facial, and a really nice head, neck, arm and hand massage every appointment. Last year, I started yoga therapy at Breathe with Sarah and I love it so much! It's part meditation, part therapy, part breathwork, but it's all yoga, and it really helps me. It helps me calm my nervous system. Ít helps me be more accepting and at peace with my physical limitations.
