After 15 years of excellent service and no missed collections from our previous provider ( Greutter Sanitation ) ,who sold the business to Portland Disposal, I have had four missed collections in as many months. Super frustrating and at a loss as I dont get to choose my provider. Services: Trash removal & disposal, Yard debris removal

Family-owned business used to mean something. These guys are lousy at customer service. Including rental, small-business, and personal house I have at least 5 accounts with them. Twice now, our accounts have been shut off b/c autopay wasn't clicked for each individual account. When asked to return to grab the recycling "Sorry can't waive the $10 fee." Really!? Either empower your employees to do the right thing or stop calling yourself a small family business. Get real! (Plus a little salty that they routinely wake my kids up before 6 am grabbing garbage which I think is illegal from a noise/nuisance ordinance, but oh well.) I hope someone at Portland Disposal reads this and cares. Services: House & garage cleanouts, Yard debris removal, Appliance removal & disposal
