Booked a phone appointment - nobody called. Tried calling like 15 times myself - nobody pickso up the phone. Horrible

After reading the reviews I thought this would be a great clinic to start going to after having lost my family doctor. Booked an appointment for 5:40 a couple of days after the call. The doctor called it just after 2:00 while I was working. Said to call back. Tried three times. No one answered. Decided to call and rebook an appointment after 40 minutes on hold I hung up. Realizing everybody has busy days I thought I would try again to call later in the day. After 20 minutes on hold with no one coming back I decided to write this review and say I'm exceptionally disappointed in the support staff and the lack of clarity around almost every part of my communication

I went to see Dr. Vostretsov for my mother's multiple health concerns. Unfortunately, he is an awful doctor and an even worse person. He has a disgusting superiority complex over his patients and refuses to listen to their concerns. In the middle of the appointment, he had the audacity to say "You have brought too many health concerns to me, you shouldn't overwhelm doctors like that" As if he isn't getting paid for his time. What kind of doctor does that?????????? He also told me that we were inconveniencing him for coming in for an appointment I had booked three days prior and insinuated that we were monsters for not caring that he went home to his family right that second, despite him only seeing us for max 7 minutes. On top of that, he had a very immature attitude and did not take any of the health concerns seriously. His response to hearing the symptom "suddenly developed shortness of breath during normal everyday actions" was that I should exercise more and that it happens to everybody. Seriously, don't go to this doctor if you actually want to get anything treated. He would not even write any tests, acting like they were a waste of time. Not sure where any good reviews for him are from, he had a nasty and condescending attitude during the entire visit. He is truly one of the worst doctors I've ever met, he shouldn't even be a doctor. Someone take away his medical license. AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! PS. Mega Fu Clinic, if you want patients to recommend your clinic, keeping him as a doctor is going to ruin your chances.

Was really pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and expertise as a walk-in patient. I needed to see a doctor right at the end of the day on a Saturday and Joy the receptionist was kind enough to get me in right after closing. Really seems like the kind of place where they care a lot about their patients despite it being in a high traffic area. Great service and a kind, patient doctor. Will definitely come back!
