Decades Vintage Co

This is a great shop for vintage men's clothes, the women's selection is a bit small compared to other stores.

Vintage, AND quality. A rare mix in Portland, as most of the trending 'vintage' stores looking to make a quick buck off the latest styles carry mistreated, mislabeled, and extraordinarily priced vintage wares. Not the case here. I purchased an old 60's sunglasses frames and was positively smitten with the quality! It's funny how older things tend to be nicer (both people and material things!). Whilst the clothing is priced heftily, take into consideration the costs and meticulous care put into preserving something for 5 decades or so. Would recommend.

I ordered an Owl pendant necklace and had it mailed to me, it came really fast and the customer service was very good, attentive and thorough.

I had the most wonderful privilege to live in Portland for 6 months in 2008. I got my sliver pearl cat eye glasses at Decades. John is a great guy. I'll always go back to Decades for glasses. When I got back to Texas every one complimented me on my glasses. 'OOO Where did you get them???' 'Those are so cute!'. I told them where I had gotten them and I do hope they checked out John's selection. When I was there I still hadn't lost enough weight and couldn't fit into the clothes. I'm still working on it. But you can bet your sweet bippy that I'm going to be shopping @ Decades when the rest comes off. I'm down to 178 from 300. I've just got a few more pounds to go and I can't wait to start shopping!
