HA & VL Vietnamese Noodle Soup

Not far from the Southeast PCC campus, this Vietnamese Noodle Shop is places in the Fubonn Shopping Center, surrounded by other delicious restaurants with bold and savior flavors, and kind staff. This was my first time trying Pho, and never in my life have I had a broth that was so bold, smooth, and savory. The vegetable spring rolls are always prepared with attention to detail and taste. The staff ensures that you are treated with kindness, and that no bad taste is left in your mouth. Vegetarian options: This restaurant doesn't cut corner to find vegetarian options, instead offering entrees that are completely vegetarian. You won't be missing out on any flavor for taking out the meat. Dietary restrictions: The person who invited me to have dinner here has various dietary restrictions including lactose intolerance, and she's never faced a problem with finding the same delicious flavors without the dairy.

Well presented. The yellow pork soups are sticky, just not my favorite.

I have been meaning to try this place for so long! They serve only two kinds of soup a day, but every day of the week is different. My friend and I came on a Sunday for lunch and ordered the Northern Beef Pho and the Vietnamese Turmeric Yellow Noodles. We got there just in time to get the last bowl of pho before they sold out! I also ordered an Iced Coffee with Condensed Milk, which was just the right level of sweetness.The turmeric noodles were delicious, and the broth was savory and fragrant. It came served with a side of lettuce, bean sprouts, and herbs. I also loved the crispy sesame cracker that came on top. There were also some tasty slices of pork and shrimp cake, ground shrimp and pork, and pork ribs. My friend also really enjoyed her beef pho! The broth was light and and flavorful and it came with sliced round steak and meatballs.This place may not be the cheapest, but definitely worth the price. The service was also very friendly and fast. We will definitely be back!
