Unbelievable they don't test drive a trade in before making a deal then call you and undo the deal..... Stupid

Great place! We had been searching for a nice truck for about 3 weeks, this truck was for the wife, it's what she wanted. We were in Beaverton looking at a truck at another lot and came across a nice looking one at Tommy Wilson's lot. We pulled in, looked at it, started it, liked it, went into the showroom to write the deal and sitting in there was a beautiful 2010 Convertable BMW 128i. My wife instantly forgot about the truck and we bought the BMW. Now there were some minor challenges to the deal, we were trading in a Jeep that we owed way too much on. Now here is the really odd thing....Tommy Wilson Sr. whom we were dealing with told us to "Go to Lunch" while he works on putting it together. Yes, he told us to leave the lot!!! Most dealers will tie you to a chair for HOURS!!! Guess what happened? He put it together, called us in about an hour,we went back, signed and were on our way home within 45 minutes!!!! WHAT?? Where does this happen?? We were shocked but very happy. Not to mention the BMW is awesome. We honestly feel we got a screaming deal. We want to mention Tommy Wilson Jr. also...he actually did the paperwork, quick, simple, to the point, out the door. We'll be back!....and we live in Camas Wa.

I bought a 2014 Ford Taurus limited from here, Tommy Jr. handled the transaction, there were no pressure, no hidden surprises, he was upfront and provided all information available about the car. He even went above and beyond and got me a specific license plate number per my request, as well as an extra set of remote key, at no extra cost. I will definitely come back here for my next purchase.
