DISHONEST and terrible communication! I had to talk to 3 different people before someone would send me photos. The first salesman said just a few minutes. He never sent photos and wouldn't answer is phone. The second salesman said he'd do it right away. Never heard from him again. Finally the secretary took and sent some photos. Unfortunately I should have asked for more photos..... I asked specifically about the condition of the upholstery. I asked about the body. I asked if there were ANY defects I should know about. Was told NO problems. Everything looks "real" good. So I traveled over 3hrs by train to purchase the car. Imagine my surprise to find body damage on one of the doors and fender & damaged leather on the seat after asking about it specifically! So I call the sales manager and he says "sorry". That's it. No explanation. No effort to address the issue. Just "sorry", then silence. So I hung up and bought a return train ticket. I didn't have time to investigate the car further, but figured if they would lie about obvious body damage, what else would they lie about! I guess it's true what they say about used car salesmen. I'm not expecting a perfect car, but be honest about what you're selling. I'd never do business with an outfit like JolinaZ. I'd stay away if I were you.

One Of The Best Buying Experience's I've Had... Sure Its A Used Car Lot And You Might Expect Less Than Perfect Cars... However In My Experience I Bought A Pretty Awesome Acura RL - SH-AWD Fully Loaded. Before Making My Final Decision I Took It To Acura Dealership On 122nd Stark For A Full 5 Star Point Inspection And Jolinaz Not Only Was Okay With It, But They Also Offered To Pay For The Inspection... Needless To Say It Passed ALL Of Acura's 5 Star Inspection, My Transaction With Jolinaz Was Smooth With No Hassle Which Is Hard To Come Across From Most Used Car Lots. I Would Recommend Jolinaz To Anyone Who Is Shopping For A Newer/Used Car. I Feel Confident When Saying Jolinaz Truly Cares About Your Buying Experience When Buying A Car From Them. They're Not Out There To Make A Buck Like Most Used Car Lots, They Are There To Make Your Buying Experience One To Be Talked About For Returned Clientele.
