        Just bought a car here, and my wife and I had a very good experience, overall. Staff are friendly without being "over the top," their cars are all much nicer than many of the lots along 82nd, yet the asking price was already a bit below average for our car according to KBB. There was no issue with taking the car for a pre-purchase inspection, nor for a couple of hours of personal driving time. The physical condition of their office space is not that great, and it seems that every employee has a narrow range of responsibility so it was hard to keep track of who (and why) we would be talking with someone, but those were only small annoyances. I would definitely recommend checking them out. I plan to when I next go shopping for a good used car.
