I paid for a trailer in full from a local dealer in Springfield Oregon. it was three weeks out to deliver my new boat trailer, I offered to drive the 100 mile to pick it up. Great except they will not answer the phone spent hours trying to contact this big company used website phone number along with web numbers. For the love of god how does a big company not answer the phone or return a phone call. If this is your customer service I am screwed.

Byron, Your selling / servicing dealer can always arrange to pick up, or even have it set aside for customer will call at any time. They email, call and even text us with anything they need, but if ever you need to call with questions, the website 800# has someone available to help during business hours. Unfortunately during the busiest time of year we sometimes sell out of the most popular model trailers, which would be a few weeks for us to replenish. Your local dealer is always a great resource for all of your trailer needs, and are readily able to contact us for all parts and warranty you may ever need.
