        I ordered a rack for my van over the phone, the quoted me a price and I ordered it.  When it came time to pick it up they had me wait in my van so I never saw the rack until later.  I wanted the rack to have a catwalk, instead the put ratcheting straps on it.  So I called them the next day and said I was wrong and they don't EVER make mistakes.   He told me to balance on the one inch bar, reach down below my feet to the trap to use it. And the straps hit the van when you try and used them.  All they were willing to do is sell me a new rack at full cost.  Stay away.
