        Chicago title lost our documents on an $8,000,000 transaction which cost me $3,000, in a 1 day delay in closing and we never got a proper apology or offer to pay our loss! Jennifer Lyke was arrogant about it, saying that these things happen- no they don't- not in the over 200 transactions that we have ever done- we will never close ever again with Chicago Title- not worth the risk- and they owe us $3,000 for their delay in our closing- we took the remainder of our 1031 transaction to another title/escrow company and have told every Realtor that we know- which is vast! They just lost a huge client in us- we have closed over $20,000,000 in Real Estate with them in the past, but never again- they have gone way down hill- Hey Chicago Title- you still owe us $3,000 and I am still angry and letting the world know about it- was it really worth it to you?
