The incompetence is staggering. 1. When sending me information to wire money, they provided the wrong information and would have resulted in me sending money to another person's account. 2. They say they're sending a courier to pick up paperwork at 9:30, but 2 hours later, they just keep saying, "They're on their way" 3. They need a cashier's check from me at 12:30, but don't send me the information on the amount until 12:20.

RUN!!! Horrible customer service experience when inquiring about things that were promised in order to meet a specific closing date that werent followed through with. There are too many title companies to not receive accurate information and quality customer service! In the end, Ticor Titles staff provided misinformation, lacked following through with promised timeline which ultimately cost me unnecessary additional money in the end! Horrible treatment by their escrow assistant who was rude and demonstrated the absolute WORST customer service I have ever encountered during a professional transaction.
