Was lied to and beyond angry about it, was told for me to add a line and get a tablet on us and my bill will only be 203 a month verses what I already was paying, and come around bill time it's 297!? Scammers this whole company, the fcc will be notified for the lies and money gouging. Done with this company sprint was so much better.
Added update: Come to find out the dang tablet that I asked for insurance on was not added so now the company is telling me oh I fixed it today and now you have to wait a month to make a claim and to bad for your luck on the device. This company is a joke.

Superior experience.
Cameron was beyond helpful, detailed and didn't miss a thing.
The store manager was also very quick and easy to refer to.
Highly recommend tmobile and the store.

Way too much money. They don't really have the deals like they advertise. They just push this ridiculously expensive package that you can get for nearly half the price at Metro.
If you don't choose this most expensive package, then you just don't get squat in the way of device discounts or incentives
