        Called to ask if they had time for a walk in small tattoo, and was told no not today, good luck on your search instead of being offered an appointment or any type of accommodation for possibly getting it in the future. Will definitely not be going to this place, ever. Completely rude.

        Overall a good experience, clean and well kept shop. However, Dan, my artist, left something to be desired. After a simple miscommunication about my desired design, this artist accused me of calling his coworker a liar. He then said I was wasting his time when I simply tried to clarify the size of my design and figure out a way he felt comfortable doing it -- which I felt was uncalled for. After all, it's an hour of his time but permanent for the customer. Ultimately we were able to work it out and I was satisfied with the end result, but I will not be returning to this artist. Otherwise very kind and welcoming staff.
