        Watch out for the constant up-selling pressure and extra fees! The employees are constantly scheming to get more money out of their customers. For instance, they told me that I couldnt use my own lotion but then tried to sell me $80 lotion (and that was the cheaper stuff!! ). Then she told me that I am supposed to pay even more money to get their special facial lotion. My monthly membership fees should have been taking care of the expenses, but they only covered a portion. Just to reactivate my frozen account took up 70% of my tan dollars that I was paying for four years! Also, some of their beds only tan/burn portions of the body. To get the good beds you have to pay even more. The whole thing is unscrupulous and it feels like I am getting taken advantage of.
