        When I contacted tech support due to an issue with Call Replay, the technician spent a significant amount of time troubleshooting the issue but was unable to figure it out. I was told that I was on my own to resolve the issue. Once I resolved my issue, I was asked to provide the solution. I responded that I would be glad to share my solution in return for a partial refund of the maintenance fee that I had already paid. Never heard back. Appears they don't care about their customers once they have their money. UPDATE: After corresponding with a representative of Syn-Apps, I discovered that Syn-Apps is the reseller for R.A.I. Software in the United States. The poor support was provided by R.A.I. Software, so my disappointment was misdirected.
