Postal Central & Copy

Terrible customer service & long waits. A few times I've gone to ship something, and I've been told that I should just go to the post office a mile or so away. Every time I've been here, I am filled with rage. I just went to print something here, and was told that "they don't do that anymore." But it's literally the only spot in NE for printing and shipping.

Extremely helpful and lovely lady working in the shop helped me out sending a big parcel which I actually needed to send from the US postal service (not even her shop) yet she helped me put everything together without any gain to herself. Great customer service

I've had enough negative experiences here (poor customer service, not open during posted hours) that I usually simply try to avoid going here. This is unfortunate as it's on my way to work. I made the mistake of trying to go there this morning. I arrived at 8:45 and they were closed although they should have been open at 8:30. I'm so sick of this place being such a disappointment, and I figured they have finally earned this review. I hate seeing bad business. It would be better if this business simply didn't exist and were replaced by a business with more integrity.
