I had a problem with my septic system not draining properly. Because of this issue the technician couldn't give the inspection a passing grade, and rightfully so. He told me that after we get the system fixed he wouldn't charge to come out a second time to re-certify it. However they still charged a fee for coming out the second time. In addition, they strongly recommended pumping the tank when it didn't really need it. They aren't really out to serve anyone but themselves. On top of all that, they put you on hold all the time (I think the phone is forwarded to a call center), and no one ever seemed to know what was going on. Really difficult to communicate with this company. I will not be using them again, they don't keep their word.
