Mt. Hood Brewing Co. Tilikum Station

It was unfortunate to come for pizza and a beer and there was no light options for beer. Only heavy ones. The one blonde ale they had was out. I was about to get a cocktail instead but then was told they were out of ice ? Okay. Settled for a coke. My pizza was alright definitely not mind blowing for being a wood fired pizza. We had to use the restroom during our visit and the handle on the toilet was broken/had to attempt flushing several times. The sink faucet was also broken and hanging off?? Water just trickled out and was impossible to shut off. After we ate my kids had seen there was ice cream on the menu. Went up to order them ice cream and that was out as well. Definitely not the experience I was looking for. As we were leaving at about 1pm the beer delivery for the day showed up

Food and service was stellar. However, not happy they automatically add a gratuity tax to my bill, yes they tell you but come on let me decide. If a place adds that fee a tip is always zero for me. The food was amazing. Atmosphere was great. Highly recommend the food but be warned of the tax.

Wanted to stop by for a quick drink and snack. Waited in line for over 20 minutes to order. The staff seemed wholly inconvenienced to even have customers present. They did not say one word to me or any other customers waiting in line to order. Very odd. People are pretty understanding if you tell them you are running behind or asking them to wait a moment to order. Even acknowledging people's presence is a start. Ended up leaving because of no communication from staff and no one ever took my order. Did not feel inclusive or welcoming. Perhaps rethink business strategy if you run a restaurant. Shocker you will have customers you will have to interact with. Will not recommend.
