I called them this morning with an emergency repair needed on my food cart preptop fridge. I made it very clear what I needed and that it was a food cart. The guy on the line even said he had been to our food cart pod before. He said it would be no problem to be there by 1:30. By 2 no one showed. I called again. They said things were running late and they would be there before 4:30. At 5 I called again and no one answered so I left a message. At 6 he called me and told me he doesn't work on food trucks!!!! Tomorrow will be the busiest day of the year and I'll be closed again because of these jerks! I will have lost hundreds of dollars because of these clowns and all the guy can say is sorry! Businesses like this should be run out of town!

This place is a joke! I called and asked if they were backed up in service and was told very specifically "NO" . They said they were finishing up a job and would be right out to help in about an hour or so. I had 2 beer coolers that needed servicing at the time and time is always of the essence. About 30 mins after I called someone called me back and said that they were now, "not going to be able to make it out today". So I ask "So when are you going to make it here" ? The person says " I do not know I will have to check in the morning." WOW what the heck is wrong with this picture? By now its 4pm and trying to get someone to help here today is basically out the door! There customer service is a joke and I hope they loose a lot of credibility!
