Denizen Apartments

Staff was so helpful and accommodating when viewing the apartments. They made the whole process very easy. We had one scheduled time but then I got out of work early and they let us see it again. Once we signed we were able to come in and take measurements so we could get our new bed in there right away. Great experience.

I would definitely recommend! I picked this building online while moving from out of state and was pleasantly surprised when I arrived and everything was beautiful! The amenities are great and well maintained aside from some issues (like the fire pit glass) that were out of their control and fixed pretty quickly. It was so easy to use the virtual tours to pick my apartment and even measure for furniture when making my decision before arriving and signing. I live on my own and can honestly say that Ive never felt unsafe hereI love all of the security when it comes to accessing the apartments. The neighbors are generally courteous and friendly and Ive made many friends since living here (in common areas and at community events) which Ill always be grateful for. I just renewed for my third year and the management, Nichole and Jihan made transferring to a larger apartment with that renewal so easy! They have always been super helpful with any question or request. Lastly, in regards to other reviews the garage being broken was a bummer but the break and timeline to fix was truly out of their control and I think they did their best to communicate the updates. Overall, I am so glad that this is where I chose to land in Portland. The location, community, management, and quality of the building have been great!
