As first time homebuyers, Kiersten was an amazing asset and now friend that guided us through the process, from just beginning to look for financing, to coming with us to get the keys after closing! She made time for us to look at what felt like 1000 houses before she found us the right one at our price point (even slightly below, as a matter of fact!). It was great having here there for all of the search, as she has a keen eye for water damage and potential structural damage, as well as being extremely knowledgeable about the desirability and quality of all of Portlands unique neighborhoods. Once our offer was accepted, Kiersten fought hard for us to get all of the little details that arose during the inspection that we were uncomfortable with taken care of. Through the entire process, which can be quite stressful, she was understanding and sympathetic, while maintaining a sense of humor that made it all kind of fun. Kiersten is one of the best people I've worked with in any profession.
