My wife and I recently worked with Rambo to sell our 1907 Bungalow in Portland. We bought the house from Rambo originally and had such a good experience we knew we wanted to work with him again when it came time to sell. Rambo and Ayumi are the BEST. We had a lead on a realtor, but then got a quick response from Ayumi on Zillow. Because we were out of town, she set up a live video walkthrough. We didn't hear back from the other agent, and we didn't look back. From that first showing through a near-purchase where we jumped in and then realized it really wasn't right for us, until we finally closed on a house that really met our needs, Rambo and Ayumi went above and beyond at every stage. They are generous with time, advice (if you want it), flexibility, creativity, patience, know-how and even after closing, with connections to contractors, etc. They know the Portland real estate market well and are wonderful to work with. We recommend them without any hesitations.

Rambo really knows his stuff. He responds quickly, he tackles the job from every angle, ads, staging, research, great communicator and planner. He adjusts the plan quickly and thinks and acts strategically. Selling a home is stressful and I would recommend Rambo to any close relative and know that they are in great hands.
