Awful previous manager, Autumn, and maintenance in the Irvington apartments. It was hope that with the new manager, Brooke, the situation will change. The new manager was either fired or quit. Autumn returned in spring time... I do not envy current tenants!

Have to give at least 1 star to make a review left several voice-mail with zero returns. Water barely works here and all they can say is hand are tied. Por management

Ive lived here for near 10 years, gone through several managers, been a good tenant, and now with new manager Im being told that in order for maintenance to come and look at my Toilet because 95%of the time toilet plugs up and has been very difficult to unplug it! I the Handle of the one Ive used for several years! I was told that I would be charged 100$ for someone to come and look at it. Our maintenance man came out last week and used the snake to fix it and he explained that there wasnt enough pressure in the toilet!!!!! My Rent is going up 130$ and management cant come and look at it.: P. Is there something Im missing?
