If I could give 0 Stars I would. The Oregon State Medical Board is ran by Vehement anti-opioid board members. The M.O. is to issue a Complaint and Notice, Next, comes the "Stipulated Order" to identify all patients taking Opioids above the old outdated Voluntary CDC Guidelines of 90 MME. Next, The issued Stipulated Order that will "Mandate a widespread Forced Non-Consensual Taper" of all Patients. This is causing Harm to People. There is no shortage of Physicians in the Greater Portland Metro Area that the Oregon Medical Board has not went after under the guise of a "Violation of the Medical Practice Act" It's Public Record. Look it up. The Oregon State Medical Board Itself needs Investigated by the FSMB. The OMB has become very well known for this practice and it has caused dire and direct harm to both Patients and Physicians. Investigate this Medical Board and it's simple to see the "Common Denominator."

Think you should know that the Anesthesiologist is and has been meeting the nasty tramp I live with every week for a few years at lunch before he does a surgery. I had heard rumors and didn't want to believe . He has her a few escorts relieving feces into his mouth and purposely leaving there during afternoon surgeries. I am kicking the foul mouth out. Has anyone gone septic after a surgical procedure? He rotates all phmc units in Eugene and Springfield. How many have smelled his breath or saw brown teeth? I was told he makes no attempt to hide it. Halitosis Foulatosis! Every surgery and patient ever seen though his tenor should have his or her case reviewed! Any one having his fingers in their mouths should file in class action and the other medical staff who looked the other way be fired immediately .

Absolutely no help what so ever. They refuse to investigate my surgery. The surgery is fatal. Dr james p Thomas drilled holes in my trachea, many people have died from a nicked trachea that occurred from routine throat surgery. Dr James P Thomas didn't just nick my trachea, he drilled holes in it. The result is the same. I'm dieing a slow and painful death. Dr James P Thomas is from portland Or. The Oregon Medical Board said because it has been two years since the surgery that there not concerned about it. I'm warning you, don't go to Dr James P Thomas , he is in total denial. He claims there is no connection to the surgery. If he was a compitant ENT he would know that you can't drill holes in the trachea.

The fact that once the doctor is licensed in Oregon they are NOT regulated. The complaint goes nowhere. I was told by this office they dont even investigate the complaints, its just a procedure!
