        I came in for a procedure and BEFORE, I asked the doctor if my insurance would cover it and he said yes, but if not youll only pay a little bit of pocket because its not a very expensive procedure next thing I know I owe the close to $500. So disappointed and now I owe them a lot of money. Not okay.

        I've called twice and stayed on the line for over an hour both times waiting for someone to speak with about scheduling an appointment. Interestingly, my position in their phones waiting position declines over the time while I am the phone. For example, I began in position two to speak with an agent, and after an hour of waiting my position in line was fifth. I wanted some doctors, not clowns.
