I've bought three pianos from Mitch at Portland Pianos, and I can't say enough good things about all of my experiences. He has ordered me pianos from the factory when I wanted a specific thing, worked with me to give me great deals on used pianos, and has always gone above and beyond to help me get something that's just right for me. With their trade up program, I have been able to upgrade several times. I have worked with other piano stores in the area, and I definitely would recommend Portland Piano.

I had a superb experience buying a little piano today with Justin Johnson. What was great is how Justin quickly assessed that I wanted to locate a piano online and work out a deal via text. Not all sales people would accommodate that. He did. And he got the sale in under 24 hours. A nice man who went a little extra for me making a custom video and always responding promptly. I am excited to get the piano but really feel safe buying from your great company. I just read your website bios and it was like the cherry on top of the piano cake.
