After injuring my back playing soccer, I visited looking for general rehab and physical therapy. My experiences working with everyone (I think I saw nearly everyone) were positive, professional, and effective. I have recommended the clinic to all members of my family and my immediate core family have all been seen for a variety of minor to major injuries. The group has a good balance of styles and works well across all ages and body types. I wholeheartedly endorse them and recommend them.

Today was my second time coming in and I can confidently said I will be coming back. Front staff was friendly and organized. Personally, I saw Kashi Jafari and he will be my new chiropractor. Very kind and intelligent. I highly recommend Team Rehab!

This rating isn't on the clinic staff but the company that owns TeamRehab. I started going to TeamRehab about two years and a half years ago for piriformis syndrome and back issues. I was treated by the chiropractor at the time who is/was a solid knowledgeable chiropractor. My wife was having issues a few months after that and started out going to the Clackamas location working with their chiropractor. The chiro I started with left after a few months for a great opportunity and one from Clackamas took over at the Bridgeport location right around the time that a new parent company took over. Working along with the two therapy/chiropractic aides the clinic was running smoothly even during the past year and a half of the pandemic. Earlier this year both aides took better paying opportunities elsewhere within two weeks or each other. Re-staffing was slow or non-existent so this placed the chiropractor who ran the clinic doing almost everything by herself for quite a while. She recently left to start her own business leaving this location essentially in the hands of newbies to not only the company but the profession in general. To top this off we were just contacted about billing dates they failed to realize were not done over a year ago for both of us. Apparently they were catching up on auditing their books. Technically if it's over 180 days it's their fault for being sloppy. That's just icing though considering they drove off all the good employees. At this time we won't be going back because we doubt we can get good treatment there. The parent company has dismantled a good clinic. Addendum: Making things right would be not to have driven off the people who were helping me treat my issues. Of which I’m having more now because there’s no one at TeamRehab that knows what my needs are and can do a good job at helping me control pain and injury. Ultimately this clinic has failed me.
