        There's nobody at the front store or coming out to help. Where are workers? Came to buy something and nobody at the front. Too busy helping wash a dog? They need to hire more people.

        The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They're always more than willing to help you order items that you need more of/they're out of stock on/don't carry. My dog is a Corgi mix, so he's small, but he's a chewer. And Holistic Pet has GREAT toys at good prices for long term toys.
