Aside from quality work this companies strong suit is customer service. I'm very satisfied with the two coat seal-coat of our 7K sq ft asphalt driveway. The coat is heavy & even. Cutting (edge application) is neat & straight. They even snapped a chaulkline where the drive meets the street to aid in a straight edge. I chose the cold fill method for crack filling over the superior, but much more noticeable, hot method. On cold mornings I notice small cracks appearing in the fill. I asked Scott if this is normal. His response was yes, as it is inferior to the hot fill method. Immediately, under no obligation, he was willing to come out and add more crack sealer & top it with seal-coat. In 2007, the owner filed papers wanting to dissolve the previous company name Redline Striping. He hid behind a lawyer so that he could take possession of all "shared" assets and cash balances. Yes, he basically stole equipment and took payroll away from completed jobs. Having known this guy for nearly 40 years, it was and is shocking that he would be so dishonest and has never returned what clearly did not belong to him. Have lost all respect and could not trust him. Call Pavement Maintenance in Portland, OR. They are very large, but do extremely good work.

Scott was responsive in both cases I requested estimates. He delivered a beautiful reseal of our asphalt. I think the most important thing is that he made sure we were happy with the results and we were!
