I share a similar experience to others, I paid using the Reef app as advertised to park in one lot covered by Pacific Audit Solutions. I had a full hour, and I only used 1/2 hour. When I got back—like many other vehicles parked in this lot—I had a plastic bag and a ticket. The ticket stated I failed to leave a placard or proof to park. How does one leave such proof when paying via app? I called Pacific Audit and only got a busy signal. After numerous attempts I gave up and called Reef. Allegedly my ticket was resolved by Reef, but I distrust Pacific Audit.

Ticketed me even though I paid for parking using their app (Reef). Won’t respond to emails or calls, yet have the audacity to add a penalty charge on top of the erroneous ticket. These people need to face criminal charges for fraud/extortion.

My son, who works downtown, paid via app (which we could prove), just like the meter instructed. Have for months. Then one day this blue barely readable 'ticket' on my windshield saying that Lot #26 required a Permit and "Failure to Display Valid Pass". Tried calling the number 10+ times and it would just ring and ring. Emailed the proof of payment and still got no response. Then, I got a Penalty Payment Letter from them as the owner of the vehicle, saying I owed $49.00! I took pictures of the lot, the meter instructions, and everything that showed they were incorrect! Why does the City pay these people?? They are crooks!!!!

Not Safe!!!! Carry Pepper Spray or Gel at The Douglas lot by the waterfront! So many break-ins! So dark in the garage and I don't think this company or City Center Parking really care about safety! Might a well ram your car through the parking arm because I don't think they care about that either since someone is always doing it here!!! Don't Park here!!!
