Refuses to offer multimodal non ingested methods of pain nausea or inflammatory control post tonsillectomy despite comparing it to the pain of childbirth and multiple resources including FDA, Mayo Clinic, and other US hospitals backing the use of said medications as standard of care. In short they were brutally violent to me and left me w/o any pain control for one of the most painful procedures that exists and insisted I just go to the Emergency room or my primary physician rather than doing their job of post op pain management and allowing me to recover in my own home. Can't report a Dr to medical board cuz this is a facility policy that they don't attempt to do other forms of pain management especially bc in their opinion it doesn't help even though again the above sources literally stated it does. This was after being told repeatedly that I needed to wait 3 days minimum to get a statement from my Primary that bc of gastroparesis and ulcers I can't take nsaids and they wouldn't be effective either as if non ingested meds after a tonsil surgery wouldn't benefit literally every patient treated here. Disgusting behavior. I would recommend if possible get this procedure elsewhere. Then proceeded to refuse to admit me to the hospital after repeatedly saying that was the only way I would be given pain medication injections putting me through hours of waiting and multiple needles for no reason whatsoever. Given the complete dehumanizing and treatment by The Oregon clinic when attempting to get care within any reasonable amount of time of my surgery I have cut contact with them as it's very clear that they cannot treat a patient with respect and I do not need to accrue more trauma.

They got me in very quickly for an urgent appointment. The front desk staff were very friendly! The ENT was very informative and easy to talk to.

Waited on hold for 30 minutes just for them to hang up on me before I could even say anything :/

Be careful of their billing practices and make sure you get everything in writing.
I paid out of pocket for a tongue tie release and was quoted at $500, which I paid in full at the time of my appointment. The clinic said they could not bill insurance as my infant hadnt yet been added to my plan.
Several months later I received a bill for almost $1200 after they billed my insurance, despite the fact that I had agreed to pay out of pocket and my infant didnt have insurance coverage at the time. (Plus Im pretty sure its illegal to double charge?)
After calling the billing department I was told that the $500 quote was an error and that I should have been quoted more.
They did not offer any solutions, talked in circles, and I was made to feel completely crazy. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the rep said no. I think Im handling this just fine.
As a desperate, sleep-deprived parent I was willing to work with the clinic to get necessary care for my child. Im so disappointed to find that their billing practices are predatory and possibly illegal.
Cannot recommend.
