America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Altogether lackluster service, poor communication, and obviously poor management. Does anybody care at America’s Best?

What a poor service and management these guys have. I had my contact lens appointment for the 23rd of October, which went fine. I was excited since this would be my first time getting contact lenses. I was told that before I get the prescription for the lenses and get the actual contacts in mail, I would have to take a class, for which I needed to book an appointment for it. The earliest appointment was November 4th. I see the person helping me, write my name in a register for the 4th. Fast forward 2 weeks, I call on Nov 4th to confirm my appointment and was told that they do not have my name in for the appointment. I guess they lost the piece of paper my name was written on. I ask them for the next available date which was November 9. I call on November 9th and was told that my appointment was booked for the 16th. The amount of frustration and annoyance that I have had to go through with them is a first for any industry. I cannot switch to a different provider since I would have to redo the lens exams and fees all over again. Two words for these guys, "NEVER AGAIN". - No email or calls confirming these appointments for the classes.

Had a great experience here today for a contact lens exam. Very thorough staff and friendly. I don’t typically expect the world going into an optometrist office, but don’t be deterred by the lower rating. I will be going back.

Only gave 1 start cuz that's lowest possible THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE & THE EMPLOYEES R COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT! I HAD TO GO BACK 3-4 TIMES 4 THEN TO GET IT RITE! I PICKED OUT ONLY PAID OF GREEN FRAMES BUT WHEN I CAVE BACK TO PAY 4 THEM DUDE WROTE BLUE INSTEAD OF GREEN! GOOD THE HE'LL IS THAT POSSIBLE!! DON'T WASTE TIME IR $!

Fixed my issue! I am an artist and I didn't know I needed upclose glasses as well as far away! This is so cool. Also they've upped their game and they have some pretty swanky frames!
