Robison Jewish Health Center

My gentle mother spent the last years of her illustrious life in the rooms of this establishment. It was a remarkable experience! She was cared for with complete tenderness. The facility is beautiful. Created with people in mind. The staff is compassionate beyond compare and exceeds all expectations in competency. I wholeheartedly recommend this group of facilities! I hope that if I ever need a place for myself that I will be fortunate enough to have this available to me.

I would NOT recommend this Rehabilitation Center. Think twice and keep these things in mind if your loved one needs rehabilitation and you are considering this option. The staff was not professional nor super friendly. The care coordinator could hardly be heard and she wasn't good about responding to emails or voicemails. Not professional, not kind, short, and simple responses. The social worker said she was there to help support my family and me. There was no support whatsoever. She was slow to respond. We had pressing issues with my Grandma's discharge and the social worker never responded. We didnt feel like there was any love, honor, and respect.

ZERO STARS. Awful place, under staffed. Although many of the CNAs and specialists are kind, theyre just way overworked. My mom had ants in her room, was never checked in on and had been placed here after a hospital visit. She was given her meds late, rarely checked in to go to the bathroom, lacked proper care and was constantly given food that she wrote she couldnt have. Aka allergic to dairy but given it and since she was so starving since she never got food or snacks, shed be forced to eat whatever came her way. My list could go on. Terrible place, do not send your loved ones here.

My experience to staying at the Robison Jewish Health Center was miserable. I had a situation and I was treated poorly. Many of the staff were kind & professional. But when I tried to talk to administrator I was label a Troubled patient . I was scared at times when I need help/support there was none. I would never recommend this place. Stay away is my recommendation !! I rate this Establishment a minus 1 Be safe be aware
