      image Oba drinks on the patio in summer is what brought me to love this place. Prickly Pear Margarita please! Then to celebrate our engagement my wife and I had an intimate dinner party with the most amazing yellow squash gazpacho ever to blow our minds.(I will never, ever forget that gazpacho.) The waitstaff here are extremely polite and knowledgeable and will assist with pairing food and wine. Everything is clean, the food is fantastic, the atmosphere is perfect for dinner (romantic or otherwise!) so Oba is always a good choice.
      Edit: restaurant is now closed down. Major loss for Portland happy hour and fine dining.
