We had a complicated move and paid top dollar for what we thought was reputable service. We ended up with a broken cheese plate, cracked desk, treadmill that doesnt record time or mileage anymore and spidered flatscreen. They are refusing to cover the ruined TV and undercutting us on the treadmill after charging us for a special service to ship it that ruined it. Take your business elsewhere!

From start to finish, Chipman far exceeded my expectations. Paul was incredibly detail oriented with my quote, and took fastidious inventory of every item I needed moved. I had received quotes from 2 other countries that were slightly lower and didn't include a few services that Paul had included. When I asked about this, Paul was up front in that these other companies would likely tack on these extra services after the fact, and my moves with them would cost me more than their estimate, whereas Paul's quote was binding. I went with Chipman, due to Paul's professionalism and honesty, and is responsiveness and patience with all of my questions. After committing, Michelle, my relocation specialist, stepped in and was my point of contact throughout my move. She was in regular communication with me, always answered my calls, and even gave me the contact number of an employee covering her when she took off a few days for a long weekend. On moving day, our movers showed up exactly at the time scheduled, and quickly and carefully moved all of our belongings. Our items arrived to our new home sooner than initially quoted, and were again quickly and carefully moved into our new home and reassembled properly. We had two items that had broken in transit, and Chipman, with no questions asked, reimbursed me fairly and timely for the items. I would recommend Chipman to anyone moving. It truly could not have gone smoother. Thank you!
