If you are planning of buying a scooter I would recommend going to PACIFIC SCOOTERS. They have great selection of scooters with very affordable prices. Plus, they won’t pressure you of spending more like on upgrades if you do plan on one. They are very knowledgeable about scooters, too which is very reliable when you ask for recommendations. I have the most common mass produced scooter ever made. They had NO parts for it. Not even a tire or battery. Seems they are only interested in selling new chinese scooters... LAME. LAME. LAME! PS: All the regularly posted 5 star reviews are obviously fake and pathetic. GET REAL!!!

I had a problem with a scoot that I didn't even buy here, their service guy Rick went out of his way to explain the CDI and related systems wiring to me. It is always great when an outfit shows such an excellent, helpful business ethic. Kudos Pacific Scooters.

I don't have a car. Can't afford one at the moment. Did a ton of research on options. Considered a scooter (had a Honda Spree years ago as a "toy"). Found scooters online for $600 and up - delivered. Research. You get what you pay for. Research. Decided a 150cc would best suit my needs for commuting, etc. Found Pacific Scooter's site. Called. Posed my questions with very satisfactory answers. Bussed to the store to check them and their inventory out. Immediately liked Craig and Rick. Professional, interested, knowledgeable and objective. Bought a BMS Romans 150cc off the floor from them (after doing more research on Chinese scooters, as well as Honda - PCX150). Fit my needs, good price AND -- I have a local dealer to work with. Had the thing only a month. Nearly 800 miles already. First oil change (after ~300-400 miles) from Rick (showed me how, so I'll attempt myself next time). Had a minor issue with some "jerkiness" or "stuttering" when starting from a stop sign or light. Took it in. Rick took apart the "transmission" (no issues), minor cleaning, put back together, adjusted the idle and -- runs like a charm. If you're looking for a scooter as a "toy" or an economical commuter, this is the place to go. If you want to upgrade, this is the place to go. I just got my endorsement and I am already considering (in a year or so) upgrading to a touring class scooter (300cc+), but I will go to Craig and Rick before I make any decisions in that regard. So pleased to have found a local dealer and two great guys to work with for my transportation needs. "I'll be back"

I highly recommend going to Pacific Scooters if you are looking to buy a scooter or have a scooter serviced. Rick & Craig are very personable. They also know a lot about scooters. When I can afford to upgrade my scooter, I am definitely heading there!
