My husband and I decided to move from Arizona to Washington and naturally we were nervous about the home buying process since we weren't physically there to tour each home. Seth was very responsive and thoroughly answered each question we had. We really valued that he took his time for us and made us feel like we were his only clients even though I know we weren't. He was very good about sending us video walkthroughs of each property that we were interested in and provided us with insightful information about the neighborhoods we were looking at! Everything from finding homes to tour to submitting offers was a good experience. He made a really big move seem a lot less stressful because we had him in our corner advocating for us. Very thorough, responds quickly, loves his job. We are moving from AZ to WA and had to rely completely on Seth to help us find our new home. He was recommended to us by a close friend and we got along as if we had known each other for a long time. He had a great understanding of the development in each community we were interested in. He would get us a video walkthrough the same day we would just mention a property to him! Has great connections with contractors for any fix/remodel. I would easily recommend him to my own family.
