Megan helped me buy my first home as a solo homebuyer and was great from start to finish (and still responsive and available well after closing!). The greatest strength Megan has that I appreciated is her ability to remain calm, resourceful, and solution oriented during the most tense moments of the house buying process. We had decided in late summer 2021 to move from Beaverton, Oregon, back to Minnesota. We were very fortunate to have Megan referred to us by a friend in Minneapolis. She made selling our home in Beaverton a very simple matter. We had moved out in the middle of October, heading to our new home in Minnesota, leaving Megan to supervise the final staging and preparation of the property to put on the market. The listing went "live" on 10/18, we accepted an offer on 10/21, and closed on 11/22. Megan was patient and kind with us throughout the process, keeping us updated almost daily with emails and phone calls. She, and her team, made this "remote" listing and closing very successful.
