My husband and I recently worked with Lauren to close on a house in Portland. We live out of state and Lauren was able to work within a quick time frame and ensure that we were happy with the neighborhood. She explained the Portland real estate market and what we could expect in our price range. Lauren was able to get out a very competitive offer and the sellers took the house off the market early for us because of it! In addition, Lauren has a wealth of knowledge for all local crafts and trades people you may need to access. I would highly recommend her services. In addition to being great at her job, Lauren cares deeply about social issues and her community so you can feel good about where your money goes.

This was our 1st time working with Lauren and our 3rd home purchase, and I can't say enough great things! I didn't realize what we were missing out on with our first two purchases. Lauren was responsive to get us quick showings, (like within a few hours when needed to make an offer deadline, even in covid times) and great at navigating us thru what we wanted and what would keep our investment strong in future markets. (Like giving us good reality checks about funky layouts when needed, which I so appreciated). Her team gave us good weekly updates about the process and scheduled all our inspections for us. We are so happy with our home and felt supported thru the entire process.
