I have tried to call them about selecting another product. No one answers the phone, only recorded msg and no way to leave message. Sent email and haven't heard back. The only corespondance was msg from them on the phone stating they needed Drs prescription. I did not pick up the phone, there was no identification saying they were the CPAP store.
Customer Service doesn't exist with this company.
