They originally told us on aug 4th 2023 that if my wife met compliance within 90 days that insurance would pay for the cpap machine and we wouldnt owe anything. She met compliance within 34 days and here we are 5 months and at least 8 phone calls to the office later with a bill that we owe for rental of the cpap that was never explained to us. We were supposed to have been reached out to by a supervisor on 2/2/24 to discuss and have not been able to get through to anyone helpful. Do not get your cpap from this place.

Wish i knew where to buy Cpap equipment in a hurry when it breaks cause you will die of asphyxiation before you receive the parts needed. THEY NEED TO OPEN THE STORE FRONT BACK UP COVID IS OVER!!!! Or hey suppose i can go another week with no sleep

My dad is on O2 constantly. His travel Machine broke while we were out running errands. I called and spoke with a woman named Tyrisha or something like that. This was on Tuesday 12/12 at 4pm so whomever was taking calls with a name that was similar to that. She should be fired. She was insanely unhelpful and rude. She showed no concern and offered no helpful advice as to if someone would be able to assist me if I walked in or if I should just go home (an hour away with no traffic, probably 2 hours this time of day) She just kept repeating "I don't know you'll have to walk in and see" I asked if she could transfer me to the front desk so I could ask how bust they were and she said "nope". Incredible. I will do a separate positive review for the very helpful woman at the desk when I walked in.
