The low rating is for Oregon Adult Medicines billing practices, not the doctor I saw. I was prepared to leave a glowing review for the whole place: the doctor was amazing. Perceptive, attentive, constructive. I will continue coming to this place because of this doctor. HOWEVER - what they dont tell you is that they may or MAY NOT schedule you for the care you request. I requested a physical, and found out 3/4 of the way through the visit that they do not provide that care on the first visit. I had to make a separate appointment for care I put off for 18 months due to the pandemic. Fast forward a month, and it turns out that insurance wont cover that first visit. So, to recap: they may or may not provide the care you request, they may or may not tell you what care they will provide, and they may or may not provide care that is covered by your insurance. I will return to this place because I had such a good experience with the doctor, but for those considering going to this place please be VERY vigilant about confirming exactly what you are scheduled for and whether your insurance will cover it, or else youll have to make multiple trips and absorb hundreds of dollars in unplanned medical expenses - even for routine care. TLDR: doctor is great. Be VERY cautious and explicit when communicating about their billing practices.
