I am giving Dr Ferdinand a heads up and 5 stars because she was very helpful and kind to me during the first two years I saw her. There ws a gap during Covid...Glad she's still in practice!

Best natropathic clinic on Woodstock. Very efficient helpful staff and Valerie Ferdinand is an amazing practitioner. I just returned after a year of post Covid and realized just how much I missed them! Highly recommended!

Dr. Valerie incorrectly interpreted test results and told my girlfriend she was positive for herpes when she wasn't. Later testing from another doctor confirmed my girlfriend was in fact negative. Dr. Valerie recommended treatment for herpes which would have been unnecessary. When my girlfriend followed up for more information, Dr. Valerie did not respond and ghosted.

Dr. Val and Dr. May are a wonderful contribution to our community and to our family. We have been seeing them for our healthcare for years. I always feel at home, like Im listened to and understood. The healthcare they provide is phenomenal and theyre always very timely and understanding of personal situations, lifestyle goals and encouraging. Theyre so flexible and I seriously cannot give them the praise they deserve. Thank you for all that you do.
