Dr. Terry Yacasas is by one of the greatest Chiropractors I have found. My acupuncturist is Hillary Constant, who also one of the greatest I have found. Every visit goes very smoothly. It has been my pleasure to have stumbled upon this amazing group of individuals. The moment I walk in Elixia Wellness Group I feel safe and cared for. Thank you all.

Hilliary is great! Very easy going and very knowledgeable. She provides acupuncture and creates tinctures or other natural prescriptions. The front office staff are very welcoming. Before the pandemic I was seeing her monthly and the pain after an injury was nearly gone. She was recommend to me and now I would like to recommend her.

Dr. Herman has been wonderful to work with. I had been shuttled between doctors over digestive issues. She stopped the madness. She listened closely to my story, She processed my situation and prescribed a lab test I had never heard of. With the results she designed a plan to resolve my health issue and took time to explain why it should work, what additional methods we could employ and gave me the confidence to see it through. The results have been nothing short of fantastic. I am myself again , thanks to her knowledge and caring.

Peaceful space as soon as you walk in! The front office is very pleasant. I had eye lash extensions done by Wairimu a few weeks ago and they look really natural and amazing! I have sent my patients to this clinic to see Dr Herman and Dr Minarik and they are so pleased with their care. Very knowledgeable, caring, and highly skilled.

I went to see Dr Terry Ycasas the end of last year and feel it's important to finally provide some feedback which may be helpful for some. I had some some various body glitches and Dr Terry was one of the recommendations from a massage worker friend. She was a couple blocks from home and we like to support local when we can . She was very nice, as is the staff at Elixia. However, the treatments, treatment plan and expense left a lot to be desired.First, before she could begin treatment, she said I needed a lot of x-rays, which even in network, cost a lot of money. And I had to wait to get any treatment/relief until getting the X-rays done and back for a review. After reviewing the X-rays she said I needed to come 3 times a week for 3 months to improve. She pointed out all sorts of problems with my body that needed extensive work. I asked if this wasn't part being human and aging, but Terry said this could hopefully all get sorted. I asked if there could be a plan b that could help without having to spend so much time and money. She said no, 12 weeks and 36 sessions was the only solution. I thought I'd try a couple weeks and see if it may help. I ended up feeling worse after 5 sessions and stopped. She would probably say I quit too soon and sometimes we get worse before better. I wasn't going to continue to throw time and money at an approach that didn't make a lot of sense to me. I then decided to try a local cranial sacral specialist and felt 75% better, in one session. I then tried a new massage person who focused on body structure alignment who got me further along the path of better. This was in just two sessions. Yoga, long walks, swimming and patience have done the rest.So while Terry would seem to work for some, and she was perfectly nice, I gained no obvious benefit, found her plan rigid, her treatments lacking insight and spent many hundreds of dollars for the experience. I'm imagining for many, searching out a good bodyworker could save you a lot of time and expense.
